Cheburashka arrives in Moscow in a crate of oranges. He cannot find his place, he can\'t even exhibited at the City Zoo because he is unknown for science. He makes friendship with a lonely crocodile, a girl and a dog. Together they start to build a \"house for friends\" because there\'s a lot of lonely people and animals are living in Moscow. Antigonist anarchist old lady Shapoklyap (Chapeau-Claque, named after her hat) tries to fail their attempts. Will she succeed?
